Keep the notebook secure and never leave it unattended in a public or patient-accessible area.

Follow your employer’s or clinical site’s policies regarding handwritten notes. If temporary notes must be destroyed at the end of a shift, use the organization’s approved confidential-disposal process.

How many patients can I organize per shift?
The system includes report-sheet space for up to four assigned patients per planned shift day.

Can I document patient information in it?
Do not record PHI or any information prohibited by your employer, school, facility, or applicable law. The notebook is for permitted personal workflow organization only.

Does it replace my charting or report requirements?
No. It does not replace the medical record, MAR, required handoff, facility documentation, provider orders, or other clinical systems.

Are the Paperback and Coil-Bound editions different?
They contain the same core notebook content unless otherwise stated. The main difference is the binding.

Will I receive the product immediately?
No. All three variations are currently available for preorder. The PDF will be delivered after release, and physical editions will begin fulfillment on or after the announced release date.

Can I use the PDF on a tablet?
