Two controlled‑pilot openings available. Following pilot validation, Nurse Business Launch Concierge™ will accept no more than three new client starts per month.

IMPLEMENTED-FOR-YOU BUSINESS FOUNDATION FOR QUALIFIED NURSES
You bring the vision. We build the business.
Nurse Business Launch Concierge™ is a customized implementation engagement that organizes and builds your approved brand, business infrastructure, website, offers, marketing assets, launch system, and owner handoff in approximately 30–45 days—subject to timely client participation and required third-party approvals.
The assessment is required, provides independent value, and does not guarantee acceptance into the full implementation service.
Structured implementation • Documented approval gates • Client-owned assets • Complete owner handoff
You do not need another folder of information. You need the right work completed in the right order.
You may already know the business you want to build. What you may not have is the time to coordinate brand decisions, state and professional questions, website technology, service boundaries, pricing, forms, marketing, launch tasks, and handoff documentation while still working as a nurse.
Nurse Business Launch Concierge™ converts that scattered workload into one controlled implementation project.
You remain the owner and decision-maker. We build the approved foundation, document the system, and prepare you to operate it.
From idea overload to an organized, owner-controlled business foundation.
Instead of trying to coordinate disconnected vendors, templates, technology, and compliance questions on your own, you move through a documented implementation process built around seven clear pillars.
Seven Implementation Pillars
1. Brand Identity
A cohesive brand foundation designed to communicate your business clearly and professionally.
May include:
- Foundational brand guide

May include:
- Business decision register
- Operations framework
- Client workflow map
- Form and document inventory
- Vendor and insurance checklist

- Professional-review tracker
3. WEBSITE
A client-owned, mobile-responsive WordPress website designed around the approved business model and inquiry process.
May include:
- Core website pages
- Service and offer presentation
- Contact or inquiry flow
- Basic on-page SEO
- Analytics connection
- Mobile review and launch QA
- Owner access and training
Domain, hosting, premium software, photography, and other external technology fees are separate unless expressly included in the signed scope.

Up to three approved services organized for clarity, boundaries, pricing decisions, and promotion.
May include:
- Service structure
- Scope and exclusions
- Client eligibility
- Pricing logic
- Sales-page or service-page copy
- Inquiry and next-step language
Service descriptions are based on client-approved information and remain subject to appropriate legal, regulatory, insurance, and professional review.
5. MARKETING
A starter marketing system that provides the owner with a practical path to introduce the business.
May include:
- Core launch messaging
- 30-day organic marketing plan
- Starter email assets
- Starter social-media assets
- Referral or introduction material
- Basic lead-tracking system
Paid advertising, lead volume, customer acquisition, revenue, and profitability are not guaranteed.
6. LAUNCH
A controlled launch process designed to identify issues before and during the business introduction.
May include:
- Pre-launch review
- Workflow testing
- Soft-launch plan
- Launch-day command sheet
- Issue and correction log
- Final readiness review
7. SUPPORT & HANDOFF
A structured transition from implementation to owner operation.
Includes:
- Four implementation meetings
- Weekly project updates
- Owner training
- Access and asset handoff
- Final owner handoff package
- 30 days of post-handoff support
Post-handoff support is limited to original-scope questions and correction of qualifying implementation defects. New pages, offers, systems, integrations, revisions, or strategy are outside the original scope unless added in writing.
What “Launch-Ready” Means
Launch-ready has a specific meaning.
Launch-ready means the contracted assets and systems have been built, tested, delivered, and approved by the owner.
It does not mean that Nurse Unchained™ or any third party guarantees:
- Board or agency approval
- Licensure or certification
- Attorney or insurer approval
- Payment-processor approval
- Payer enrollment or reimbursement
- Customer acquisition
- Referrals, revenue, profit, or funding
- Market acceptance
- Any specific business result
The client remains responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to launch and operate the business.
A structured process—not a rushed setup.

Client delays, revision requests, legal review, licensing agencies, boards, insurers, payment processors, domain providers, hosting companies, software vendors, and other third parties may extend the schedule.
