Creator Partner Policy

This Creator Partner Program is a private, invite-only program for approved creators who are a strong fit for the Nurse Unchained™ brand and audience.
The purpose of this program is to:
- Keep promotion simple
- Protect customer trust
- Prevent offer confusion
- Protect the contribution margin
- Maintain clean tracking and payout rules
- Support disciplined creator partnerships
By participating in this program, you agree to the policy below.
Nurse Unchained™ Creator Partners are approved on a private, invite-only basis.
Approval does not guarantee:
- ongoing access
- commissions
- gifted products
- future campaigns
- long-term participation
- earnings of any kind
Nurse Unchained™ may approve, pause, limit, or remove any creator at any time.
This program is intended for creators whose content and audience are a strong fit for:
- nurses
- nursing students
- nurse entrepreneurs
- concierge nursing audiences
- nurse career growth audiences
- healthcare-adjacent education audiences
Approval decisions may be based on:
- audience fit
- content quality
- posting consistency
- professionalism
- communication
- ethical brand alignment
- likely traffic quality
- compliance risk
Creators may promote only the Nurse Unchained™ offers, product pages, coupon codes, and tracking links specifically assigned to them.
At this time, the standard creator program is limited to these approved bundles only:
Approved Offer 1: Nurse Inbox Bundle
Includes:
- book access on the website
- toolkit PDF
Approved Offer 2: Full Startup Suite
Includes:
- book access on the website
- workbook PDF
- toolkit PDF
No other products are part of the standard creator program unless expressly approved in writing.
Creators may not:
- create their own offers
- change prices
- promise unapproved bonuses
- Use expired or unapproved codes
- Use unapproved landing pages
- imply access to products or discounts not officially assigned to them
- Combine separate products into their own custom bundle
- advertise anything not clearly assigned in writing
Only approved offers may be promoted. Use your affiliate link only for the approved creator pages and approved product pages for the Nurse Inbox Bundle and Full Startup Suite.
The approved creator offers are mixed-format bundles.
That means the assigned bundle may include:
- website book access
- PDF deliverables included in the bundle
Official bundle format

Full Startup Suite

- toolkit PDF
Creators must describe the bundle accurately.
Creators may not:
- Describe the website-accessible book as a downloadable PDF if it is not
- Describe the included PDF toolkit or workbook as website access if it is not
- Describe the full bundle as all-PDF if it is not
- Describe the full bundle as website-access only if it is not
- omit included components in a misleading way
- Add components that are not part of the official offer
- change the stated format of any included item
The official product page is the source of truth.
Nurse Unchained™ uses a controlled review-access policy.
Approved creators may receive review access to the specific assigned bundle, where applicable.
Review access may include:
- website access to the book component
- access to review copies of the included PDF component(s)
- another approved internal access method
Default rule
Review access is limited to the creator’s assigned bundle only.
Review access does not equal ownership
If a creator receives review-only access:
- The access is for review and promotional use only
- The creator may not share login credentials
- The creator may not redistribute the PDFs
- The creator may not repost, upload, duplicate, or repackage the content
- The creator may not represent review access as ownership, resale rights, or transferable access
- The creator may not transfer access to another person
Posting expectation after review access
Once review access or review materials are delivered, the creator is expected to publish the first approved promotional content within 10 days, unless another timeline is approved in writing.
If a creator receives review access and does not post
If a creator receives review access or review materials and does not post within the expected timeframe, Nurse Unchained™ may:
- Revoke review access
- remove the creator from priority consideration
- deny future review access
- pause or revoke creator status
- remove future commission opportunities
- Remove the creator from the program
If Nurse Unchained™ provides account-based access or review files for promotional purposes, that access is assigned only to the approved creator.
Creators may not:
- Share account credentials
- Give access to another person
- Repost protected content outside approved promotional use
- upload PDFs or protected content to a shared drive, folder, or third-party site
- distribute screenshots, copied text, or files in a way that substitutes for the product itself
- attempt to extract, duplicate, or redistribute protected-access content
- provide access to followers, customers, friends, team members, or collaborators
Access may be revoked at any time if misuse, sharing, or non-compliance is suspected.
Each approved creator will receive a unique promotion setup that may include:
- a creator-specific coupon code
- a creator-specific product link
- campaign-specific UTM tracking, if used by the brand
Each creator may be assigned one or more specifically approved offer paths in writing.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Coupon/code use is the primary payout trigger
- links support tracking visibility
- internal order records control final commission review
Creators may not:
- alter their code in a misleading way
- create lookalike codes
- Use unauthorized links
- direct customers to unapproved checkout paths
- advertise discounts or product access not officially assigned to them
- interfere with attribution intentionally
If attribution is missing, duplicated, disputed, incomplete, or non-verifiable, the order may be excluded from payout.
Approved creators may receive commission on eligible sales attributed to their assigned tracking system.
Commission rate: 20 %
Eligible products: Nurse Inbox Bundle and/or Full Startup Suite, as assigned
Commission is paid only on eligible completed sales of the creator’s assigned approved bundle.
To qualify for payout, an order must be:
- completed
- properly attributed to the creator
- not refunded
- not canceled
- not reversed
- not charged back
- not flagged as suspicious
- not a self-purchase
- not an abuse of the creator code
- not generated through a non-compliant promotion
No commission is paid on:
- unassigned products
- unauthorized bundles
- standalone products not assigned to the creator
- consultations
- coaching
- private services
- refunds
- chargebacks
- canceled orders
- fraudulent or suspicious orders
- test orders
- self-purchases
- Orders made in violation of the program terms
- untracked or non-verifiable orders
- orders attributed to another creator’s approved system
Refund rule
- Unpaid refunded order = no payout
- Already-paid refunded order = deduct from next payout
Commissions are paid only on eligible finalized sales.
If a customer order is refunded, disputed, charged back, reversed, canceled, or deemed invalid, the associated commission is not payable.
If that commission was already included in a prior earnings calculation, it may be:
- removed from a future payout
- deducted from future commissions
- placed on hold pending review
Payout timing: 15th of each month
Minimum payout threshold, if any: $25
Payout may be delayed, adjusted, withheld, or denied if:
- An order is refunded
- A chargeback is opened
- Fraud is suspected
- attribution is disputed
- Payout details are incomplete
- The creator is under compliance review
- Suspicious order behavior is under investigation
Creators are responsible for providing accurate payout information.
Approved creators are expected to:
- Use their assigned code and/or link correctly
- follow approved positioning
- accurately describe the product format
- communicate honestly
- publish audience-appropriate content
- maintain professionalism
- remain responsive during active collaborations
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- First promotional content should be posted within 10 days of approval or access
- creators should remain responsive to reasonable follow-up or correction requests during the active promotion period
Creators must clearly disclose their relationship with Nurse Unchained™ in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement requirements.
Examples include:
- #ad
- #affiliate
- paid partnership
- gifted access
- affiliate link
- I may earn a commission
Disclosures must be:
- clear
- visible
- easy to understand
- placed where the audience will actually see them
Failure to disclose properly may result in removal from the program.
Creators may use their own voice, but content must remain:
- truthful
- respectful
- accurate
- professional
- aligned with the approved offer
Creators may not:
- make false or misleading claims
- misrepresent what the bundle includes
- imply guaranteed income
- imply guaranteed business success
- imply guaranteed legal, financial, licensing, or business outcomes
- create fake urgency or false scarcity
- promise personal support that is not included
- claim the website-access book is a downloadable PDF if it is not
- claim the included toolkit PDF or workbook PDF is website access if it is not
- claim the product includes extra PDFs, templates, forms, physical items, or bonus materials if it does not
Creators may not claim or imply that Nurse Unchained™ products:
- guarantee income
- guarantee clients
- guarantee business launch success
- guarantee employment outcomes
- replace legal, tax, medical, financial, or insurance advice
- produce the same result for every buyer
- are endorsed by employers, institutions, boards, or regulators unless explicitly verified and approved
Creators may not make deceptive or exaggerated claims about:
- revenue
- timelines
- ease of startup
- legal readiness
- client acquisition
- growth speed
- scope certainty across all states
- included resources
- product format
Creators may promote only what is officially included in their assigned bundle.
Creators may not:
- Promise extra PDFs not listed on the product page
- Promise extra templates or forms not listed on the product page
- Add private bonuses
- imply hidden downloads
- Create a custom creator edition
- offer private support as part of the purchase
- Create a separate bundle using the included components plus extra unapproved items
- advertise any custom bonus, add-on, bundle, or extra access without written approval
If it is not officially listed and approved, it may not be offered.
Creators may not use their own code or link to generate commission on their own purchases.
Creators may not:
- purchase through their own code
- Ask family or household members to purchase through their code for the purpose of generating commission
- post their code on coupon sites without permission
- force attribution through deceptive tactics
- Use fake urgency to push code use
- misrepresent what the customer receives
- Use misleading coupon language
- manipulate traffic or order patterns
Any abuse may result in:
- commission forfeiture
- immediate removal
- Cancellation of creator access
- permanent disqualification
- Reversal of unpaid commissions
- Withholding of future payout
Creators may use only the pricing, discount, and product details officially provided by Nurse Unchained™.
Creators may not:
- advertise unauthorized discounts
- create their own sales language
- promise lower prices later
- promise future bonus access
- imply additional downloads are included when they are not
- imply additional website access is included when it is not
- state or imply that customers will receive anything beyond what is listed on the approved product page
If price, discount, or product structure changes, creators must use the updated information provided by Nurse Unchained™.
If Nurse Unchained™ provides:
- logos
- product images
- mockups
- approved messaging
- swipe copy
- hooks
- story prompts
- creator briefs
- access instructions
Those materials may be used only for approved promotional purposes.
Creators may not:
- Resell brand materials
- Redistribute internal creator materials
- Give swipe copy or creator packets to non-approved creators
- Upload protected assets into public libraries or shared folders without approval
- Alter product names or brand materials in misleading ways
- Impersonate Nurse Unchained™
- Imply they are an owner, employee, legal representative, or official spokesperson unless explicitly authorized
Creators must maintain professional and trustworthy conduct when promoting Nurse Unchained™ products.
Creators may not:
- spam comments or DMs
- harass potential buyers
- Use deceptive engagement bait
- Use false controversy to drive sales
- make inflammatory claims that create reputational risk for the brand
- attack other creators or brands on behalf of the offer
- Use manipulative tactics that damage customer trust
Creators may be reviewed based on:
- posting consistency
- content quality
- compliance
- audience fit
- professionalism
- responsiveness
- traffic quality
- conversion quality
- refund or dispute patterns
- proper use of links and codes
- accuracy of product representation
- respect for access and file rules
Nurse Unchained™ may downgrade, pause, limit, or remove creators who:
- Repeatedly fail to post
- Repeatedly fail to disclose
- drive low-quality traffic
- misuse assets
- make prohibited claims
- create brand risk
- remain inactive
- fail to follow instructions
- misrepresent the offer
- misstate what is included
- misstate the product format
Creators who become inactive may be:
- paused
- removed from priority campaigns
- removed from review access eligibility
- placed into reactivation review
- removed from the program
Reactivation is not guaranteed. Nurse Unchained™ may require a creator to:
- reapply
- Reconfirm audience fit
- Accept updated terms
- Receive a new offer assignment
- Wait for future review
Nurse Unchained™ may update any part of the creator program at any time, including:
- approved offers
- product delivery method
- review access method
- commission rates
- payout schedule
- creator requirements
- posting expectations
- access rules
- brand policy
- product scope
- attribution rules
Continued participation after an update means the creator accepts the revised policy.
A creator may be removed immediately for reasons including:
- Misleading claims
- Failure to disclose
- Misuse of codes or links
- Misuse of account access
- Sharing protected access
- Unauthorized redistribution of files or content
- Misuse of brand assets
- Unapproved promotion
- Unauthorized bundling
- Fraud
- Abusive behavior
- Repeated inactivity
- Reputational risk to the brand
Removal may include:
- Deactivation of creator links or codes
- Revocation of review access
- Loss of commission eligibility on disputed activity
- Loss of future review access
- Removal from future campaigns
- Full removal from the creator program
Participation in this program does not guarantee:
- acceptance
- continued access
- commissions
- conversions
- sales volume
- future collaboration
- review access
- earnings
Creator results depend on:
- audience fit
- content quality
- traffic quality
- offer strength
- compliance
- timing
- platform performance
- customer trust
If a creator is ever unsure whether something is allowed, the rule is simple:
If it is not clearly approved in writing or clearly listed on the official product page, do not promote it, do not promise it, do not imply it is included, and do not represent it as part of the offer.
