Affiliate & Creator Disclosure

Nurse Unchained™

Operated by Venoir, LLC
Effective Date: July 17, 2026

Nurse Unchained™ may work with independent creators, affiliates, ambassadors, reviewers, or promotional partners who share Nurse Unchained products with their audiences.

This disclosure explains how these relationships may affect links, discount codes, recommendations, testimonials, and promotional content.

1. Compensated Relationships

Some individuals or organizations promoting Nurse Unchained may receive compensation when a customer:

  • Clicks a tracked link;
  • Uses an assigned discount code;
  • Purchases a qualifying product;
  • Participates in a sponsored promotion; or
  • Completes another disclosed qualifying action.

Compensation may include:

  • A commission;
  • Flat promotional fee;
  • Complimentary product;
  • Discount;
  • Gift;
  • Early access;
  • Service credit; or
  • Another benefit.

A customer’s use of an affiliate link or code generally does not increase the customer’s price unless clearly disclosed.

2. Affiliate Disclosure

When you see an affiliate link, creator code, sponsored recommendation, or other compensated endorsement, you should assume that the promoter may receive compensation if you make a qualifying purchase.

Compensation creates a material relationship that should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously.

3. Independence of Creators

Unless expressly stated otherwise, creators and affiliates are independent promotional partners. They are not:

  • Employees of Venoir, LLC;
  • Nurses providing care on behalf of Venoir;
  • Legal representatives of Nurse Unchained;
  • Authorized to modify product terms;
  • Authorized to promise refunds;
  • Authorized to guarantee outcomes; or
  • Authorized to bind Nurse Unchained to an agreement.

Only official written information published by Nurse Unchained or contained in an authorized agreement controls the terms of a purchase.

4. Creator Disclosure Requirements

Creators must clearly disclose their relationship with Nurse Unchained whenever they publish compensated or incentivized content.

The disclosure must:

  • Appear in the same post, video, email, page, or communication as the endorsement;
  • Be easy to notice and understand;
  • Be placed close to the recommendation or affiliate link;
  • Be visible before or at the time the consumer acts;
  • Not be hidden among unrelated hashtags;
  • Not require the viewer to search a profile or separate page;
  • Be spoken and displayed when reasonably appropriate in video content; and
  • Accurately describe the relationship.

Acceptable examples may include:

  • “Affiliate link: I may earn a commission if you purchase.”
  • “Paid partnership with Nurse Unchained.”
  • “I received this product at no cost from Nurse Unchained.”
  • “Sponsored by Nurse Unchained.”
  • “I earn a commission when you use my code.”

A vague statement such as “partner,” “collab,” or “thanks Nurse Unchained” may not adequately explain the financial or product relationship by itself.

5. Honest Opinions and Experiences

Creators, affiliates, reviewers, and customers must:

  • Provide honest opinions;
  • Describe their actual experience;
  • Avoid false or misleading claims;
  • Avoid claiming to use a product they have not used;
  • Disclose relevant limitations; and
  • Avoid presenting exceptional outcomes as typical.

Compensation does not authorize a creator to make unsubstantiated claims.

6. Prohibited Claims

Creators and affiliates may not claim or imply that Nurse Unchained guarantees:

  • Licensure;
  • Regulatory compliance;
  • Business approval;
  • Insurance approval;
  • Customers or leads;
  • Sales or revenue;
  • Profit;
  • Return on investment;
  • A specific launch date;
  • Career advancement; or
  • Any clinical, legal, or financial outcome.

Creators may not describe Nurse Unchained products as legal advice, guaranteed compliance tools, official board-of-nursing materials, or substitutes for qualified professional review.

7. Pricing, Discounts, and Availability

Creators may share only currently authorized:

  • Product descriptions;
  • Prices;
  • Discount codes;
  • Promotional periods; and
  • Availability information.

Prices and promotions may change. A creator’s outdated post does not require Nurse Unchained to honor an expired code, discontinued offer, inaccurate price, or unauthorized promise.

The price and terms shown on NurseUnchained.com at checkout control the transaction.

8. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that another purchaser will achieve the same result.

When a testimonial describes business progress, revenue, sales, or other measurable results:

  • The statement must be truthful;
  • The person must have experienced the stated result;
  • Relevant compensation must be disclosed;
  • Material context must not be omitted; and
  • The result must not be presented as guaranteed or typical without adequate support.

Nurse Unchained may edit testimonials for spelling, grammar, length, or clarity but should not materially alter their meaning.

9. Third-Party Affiliate Links Used by Nurse Unchained

Nurse Unchained may also publish links to third-party products or services from which Venoir, LLC may receive compensation.

When applicable, we will make reasonable efforts to identify the compensated relationship near the recommendation or link.

A third-party affiliate relationship does not guarantee or create responsibility for that third party’s:

  • Product quality;
  • Availability;
  • Customer service;
  • Security;
  • Privacy practices;
  • Pricing; or
  • Performance.

Review the third party’s terms and policies before purchasing.

10. Customer Choice

Customers are not required to use an affiliate link or creator code to purchase Nurse Unchained products.

An affiliate relationship does not change the customer’s obligation to independently decide whether a product is appropriate for their circumstances.

11. Violations

Nurse Unchained may suspend or terminate a creator or affiliate relationship for:

  • Missing or inadequate disclosures;
  • False claims;
  • Unauthorized promises;
  • Trademark misuse;
  • Spam;
  • Misleading advertising;
  • Infringement;
  • Coupon misuse;
  • Self-referral prohibited by the creator agreement;
  • Unethical conduct; or
  • Violation of applicable law or program terms.

Nurse Unchained may also request correction or removal of noncompliant content.
