2. Do Not Submit Patient Information
Nurse Unchained is an educational and business-implementation platform. It is not a patient-care portal.
Do not submit patient names, medical records, photographs, treatment information, or other protected health information through:

- Implementation portals;
- Email;
- Website forms; or
- Project materials.
When examples are needed, remove patient identifiers and use fictional or appropriately de-identified information.
Nurse Unchained products and business services are separate from Venoir’s clinical nursing operations. Purchasing Nurse Unchained resources does not create a healthcare-provider relationship.

- Other access reasonably necessary for the approved scope.
Use delegated or role-based access whenever the platform supports it. Do not send banking passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or unrelated personal credentials.
Access will be used only for authorized project purposes. The client should change temporary passwords and review user permissions at handoff.
Contractors
Authorized contractors may receive limited project information when needed to perform assigned work. Contractors are expected to maintain confidentiality and use information only for the authorized project.
Professional Review
With your authorization, project information may be shared with your selected attorney, accountant, insurer, vendor, or other professional. Nurse Unchained does not control an independent professional’s privacy practices.
