Refund and Returns Policy

Refund, Returns, Cancellation & Online Access Policy

Nurse Unchained™

Last Updated: July 17, 2026

Nurse Unchained™ is an education and nurse-entrepreneurship brand operated by Venoir, LLC (“Nurse Unchained,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This policy applies to eligible purchases made directly through NurseUnchained.com, including:

  • Print books, workbooks, notebooks, and toolkits;
  • PDFs, eBooks, templates, and digital bundles;
  • Online-access resources;
  • Consultations and scheduled sessions;
  • The Launch Readiness & Compliance Assessment; and
  • Nurse Business Launch Concierge™ implementation services.

Purchases completed through Amazon or another third-party marketplace are governed by that seller’s applicable return and refund policies.

By purchasing from NurseUnchained.com, you agree to this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital Products

Digital products may include:

  • PDFs;
  • eBooks;
  • Digital guidebooks and workbooks;
  • Starter Packs;
  • Editable templates and forms;
  • Scripts and checklists;
  • Downloadable toolkits;
  • Digital bundles; and
  • Other electronically delivered resources.

Digital-Product Refund Rule

Digital-product purchases are final and nonrefundable once any of the following occurs:

  • The file is delivered;
  • A download link is issued;
  • The product becomes available in the customer’s account;
  • The purchaser accesses or downloads the product; or
  • The protected content is otherwise made available.

This policy applies even if the purchaser:

  • Does not download or open the file;
  • Changes their mind;
  • Decides the material is no longer needed;
  • Finds similar information elsewhere;
  • Does not implement the material; or
  • Expected features that were not included in the product description.

This limitation does not apply when a refund is required by law.

2. Digital Delivery and Access Problems

If you do not receive your digital purchase or experience a technical problem, contact us before filing a payment dispute.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Resend the delivery email;
  • Provide a replacement download link;
  • Correct an incorrect or corrupted file;
  • Restore eligible account access; or
  • Help identify common browser, email, or device problems.

A correctable delivery or technical problem does not automatically make the purchase refundable.

When requesting assistance, include:

  • Your full name;
  • Order number;
  • Email address used at checkout;
  • Product purchased;
  • Description of the problem; and
  • Screenshot of any error message, when available.

3. Duplicate Digital Orders

If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, contact us promptly.

After verifying the duplicate transaction and confirming that the additional purchase was not separately used, transferred, downloaded by another user, or included in a different bundle, Nurse Unchained may refund the duplicate charge.

Purchasing overlapping products or purchasing a bundle that contains an item previously purchased does not automatically qualify as an accidental duplicate order.

4. Download Limits

Some downloadable products may have a limited number of download attempts or a limited download period for security reasons.

Purchasers are responsible for:

  • Downloading eligible files promptly;
  • Saving backup copies;
  • Protecting files from unauthorized access; and
  • Using compatible software and devices.

If a valid download link expires, contact us. We may verify the purchase and restore reasonable access when the product remains available, and the account is in good standing.

5. Online-Access Resources

Some products are accessed through an online account, protected webpage, digital reader, learning platform, or membership-style portal instead of—or in addition to—a downloadable file.

The applicable product page will identify:

  • Whether the product is online-only or downloadable;
  • Any stated access period;
  • Included resources; and
  • Any specific access limitations.

Online-Access Refund Rule

Online-access purchases are final and nonrefundable after login credentials, an access link, or account access has been delivered, except where required by law.

A refund is not provided because the purchaser:

  • Did not log in;
  • Did not complete or use the resource;
  • Forgot their password;
  • Changed their mind;
  • Lacks a compatible device or internet connection;
  • Expected downloadable files when the product was described as online access; or
  • Failed to use the resource during a disclosed access period.

Access Support

If your authorized access is not working, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a reasonable alternative when the problem is within our control.

Temporary maintenance, hosting interruptions, security updates, or third-party platform outages do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Account Sharing and Unauthorized Use

Online access is licensed to one purchaser unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

Access may be suspended or terminated without refund for:

  • Sharing login credentials;
  • Allowing multiple unauthorized users to access an account;
  • Screen-recording or scraping protected content;
  • Copying or redistributing platform materials;
  • Circumventing access restrictions;
  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Intellectual-property infringement; or
  • Material violation of the Terms & Conditions.

6. Print-Order Cancellation

You may submit a cancellation request within 30 minutes after placing a print order directly through NurseUnchained.com.

We will honor the request when reasonably possible, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once:

  • Printing begins;
  • Fulfillment begins;
  • A shipping label is created;
  • The order is transferred to a fulfillment provider; or
  • The order is shipped.

A cancellation request is not approved until you receive written confirmation.

If the order has entered production or fulfillment, you may need to follow the applicable return process after delivery.

7. Print Processing and Shipping Estimates

Unless the applicable product page states otherwise:

  • Print processing generally takes approximately 1–3 business days;
  • Carrier delivery time is additional;
  • Estimated U.S. delivery is generally approximately 5–10 business days after shipment; and
  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, incorrect addresses, fulfillment providers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Print Returns

Eligible print products purchased directly from NurseUnchained.com may be returned within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

You must contact us for authorization and return instructions before sending the product back. Do not send a return to an address printed on the shipping label unless instructed to do so.

To qualify for a discretionary return, the product must be:

  • Unused;
  • Unmarked;
  • Undamaged after delivery;
  • In its original condition;
  • In its original packaging when applicable; and
  • Returned according to our instructions.

Products showing writing, highlighting, bent pages, odors, stains, water damage, heavy handling, or other signs of use may be ineligible for a refund.

9. Return Shipping

For ordinary eligible returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping;
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable;
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; and
  • The customer bears the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.

Nurse Unchained does not reimburse return shipping for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, preference changes, or products ordered in error.

Return shipping will not be charged to the customer when a verified product was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered and Nurse Unchained authorizes the return.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Print Items

If your print product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@nurseunchained.com.

Include:

  • Your full name;
  • Order number;
  • Description of the problem;
  • Clear photograph of the affected product;
  • Photograph of the packaging; and
  • Photograph of the shipping label, when requested.

After verifying the issue, we may provide:

  • A replacement;
  • A corrected item;
  • A refund;
  • A partial refund; or
  • Another appropriate remedy.

Do not discard the item or packaging until you receive instructions.

Normal variations in color, paper, binding, print placement, or screen-to-print appearance that do not materially impair the product may not qualify as a defect.

11. Approved Print Refunds

Returned products are inspected before a refund is approved.

If approved:

  • The eligible refund is issued to the original payment method;
  • Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable;
  • Unauthorized costs incurred by the customer are not reimbursed; and
  • The bank or payment processor may take approximately 5–10 business days, and sometimes longer, to post the credit.

Nurse Unchained does not control a financial institution’s processing time.

12. Nonreturnable Print Products

Unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, the following may be nonreturnable:

  • Personalized or customized products;
  • Clearance or final-sale products;
  • Products returned after the 14-day period;
  • Used, marked, or damaged books and workbooks;
  • Products missing original components;
  • Products purchased from Amazon or another third-party seller; and
  • Promotional or complimentary items.

13. Mixed-Format Bundles

Some bundles include a combination of:

  • Print products;
  • Downloadable products;
  • Online-access products; and
  • Templates or other resources.

Each component is governed by the policy applicable to its format.

Returning a physical product does not make a delivered digital or online-access component refundable.

If a partial bundle return is approved, the refund may be calculated according to the value assigned to the eligible returned component—not necessarily the difference between the bundle price and the full individual retail price.

14. Consultations and Scheduled Sessions

Consultations, coaching-style calls, and other scheduled sessions require advance payment.

Unless a different policy is disclosed at booking:

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule;
  • A session may be rescheduled one time without an additional scheduling fee;
  • Rescheduling remains subject to availability;
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are nonrefundable; and
  • No-shows forfeit the session payment.

Cancellation With at Least 24 Hours’ Notice

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, the eligible amount may be:

  • Transferred one time to a rescheduled session; or
  • Refunded, less any separately disclosed nonrefundable reservation or preparation amount.

If substantive preparation, document review, or other agreed work has already been performed, the portion allocated to completed work is nonrefundable.

15. Launch Readiness & Compliance Assessment

The Launch Readiness & Compliance Assessment is a required, standalone professional service for applicants seeking consideration for Nurse Business Launch Concierge™.

The assessment provides independent value and is not merely:

  • An application fee;
  • A placeholder payment;
  • A deposit for the full implementation service; or
  • A guarantee of acceptance into the full implementation engagement.

Payment for the assessment does not guarantee that the proposed business will be found lawful, viable, insurable, profitable, or eligible for licensure.

Assessment Cancellation and Refunds

The assessment fee is refundable only if cancellation is requested before substantive work begins and before protected assessment materials or services are accessed.

The assessment fee becomes nonrefundable once any of the following occurs:

  • The assessment questionnaire or protected materials are accessed;
  • Submitted documents are reviewed;
  • Research, analysis, or preparation begins;
  • An assessment appointment occurs;
  • A written review or recommendation is prepared or delivered; or
  • The purchaser fails to attend the scheduled session or cancels within the restricted cancellation period.

If the assessment session must be rescheduled, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. One rescheduling request may be permitted, subject to availability.

If Nurse Unchained cancels before performing substantive work and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the amount paid for the unperformed assessment will be refunded.

Nonacceptance Into Implementation

The assessment fee is not refunded because:

  • The applicant is not accepted into the full implementation service;
  • The applicant decides not to proceed;
  • The proposed business requires attorney or regulatory review;
  • The proposed service is outside the applicant’s professional scope;
  • Additional licenses, insurance, orders, or approvals may be required; or
  • The assessment identifies risks or conditions the applicant did not expect.

16. Nurse Business Launch Concierge™ Implementation Service

The full Nurse Business Launch Concierge™ implementation service is a customized professional engagement governed by:

  • The signed service agreement;
  • The approved proposal;
  • The scope of work;
  • The payment schedule;
  • Approved change orders; and
  • These website policies.

If the signed service agreement conflicts with this general policy, the signed agreement controls for that particular engagement.

Implementation Payments

Implementation payments may compensate Nurse Unchained for:

  • Reserved project capacity;
  • Strategy and planning;
  • Research and preparation;
  • Project management;
  • Custom implementation work;
  • Completed phases or milestones;
  • Third-party commitments;
  • Client communications;
  • Revisions; and
  • Deliverables already created or provided.

Amounts earned for completed work, reserved capacity, approved milestones, delivered materials, and nonrecoverable expenses are nonrefundable.

Client Cancellation

If the client cancels after the implementation engagement begins:

  • Work will stop as provided in the signed agreement;
  • The client remains responsible for work completed through the termination date;
  • Completed and approved milestones are nonrefundable;
  • Reserved-capacity charges identified in the signed agreement may be nonrefundable;
  • Third-party expenses and nonrecoverable commitments remain the client’s responsibility; and
  • Any unearned refundable balance will be calculated according to the signed agreement.

Paying for an implementation package does not create an unconditional right to a full refund after work begins.

Client Delays and Inactivity

The estimated 30–45-day delivery period depends on timely client participation and required third-party approvals.

A refund is not automatically provided because the project is delayed by:

  • Late questionnaires;
  • Missing documents or content;
  • Delayed client decisions;
  • Requested changes;
  • Missed approvals;
  • Nonpayment;
  • Client inactivity;
  • Attorney or regulatory review;
  • Licensing or insurance requirements;
  • Payment-processor decisions;
  • Hosting or software problems; or
  • Other third-party delays.

If a project becomes inactive, it may be paused or closed according to the signed service agreement. Reactivation may require an additional fee and placement into the next available opening.

Scope Changes

Requests that materially change or expand the approved scope may require:

  • A new estimate;
  • Additional payment;
  • A written change order; and
  • An extended delivery schedule.

The client may decline the additional work, but that decision does not make completed work or the original engagement refundable.

No Refund Based on Business Results

Implementation fees are not refundable because the client does not achieve a particular:

  • Launch date;
  • Number of leads or customers;
  • Sales volume;
  • Revenue or profit;
  • Search-engine ranking;
  • Advertising result;
  • Licensing decision;
  • Regulatory approval;
  • Insurance approval; or
  • Business outcome.

Nurse Unchained does not guarantee business formation, regulatory compliance, customer acquisition, revenue, profit, or return on investment.

17. Cancellation by Nurse Unchained

Nurse Unchained may suspend or terminate a service because of:

  • Nonpayment;
  • Fraud or material misrepresentation;
  • Abusive or threatening conduct;
  • Unlawful or unethical requests;
  • Intellectual-property infringement;
  • Repeated failure to provide required information;
  • Refusal to obtain required professional or regulatory review;
  • Extended inactivity; or
  • Material violation of an agreement or policy.

Refund eligibility following termination will be determined by the signed service agreement, work completed, reserved capacity, expenses incurred, and applicable law.

If Nurse Unchained cancels for reasons not caused by the client and cannot complete the agreed service, the client will receive a refund for the unperformed and unearned portion.

18. Third-Party Expenses

Unless expressly included in writing, payments made to third parties are not refundable by Nurse Unchained.

Examples include:

  • Business registration fees;
  • Domain registration;
  • Website hosting;
  • Software subscriptions;
  • Themes and plugins;
  • Stock images;
  • Payment processors;
  • Professional fees;
  • Advertising charges;
  • Licensing fees;
  • Printing;
  • Shipping; and
  • Other vendor services.

Refund requests for third-party charges must be submitted directly to the applicable provider and remain subject to that provider’s policies.

19. Promotional Codes and Price Changes

Promotional codes:

  • Must be applied before checkout;
  • Cannot be applied retroactively unless expressly approved;
  • Have no cash value; and
  • Cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

A later sale or price reduction does not create a right to a partial refund or price adjustment.

20. Amazon and Third-Party Purchases

Books or products purchased through Amazon are governed by Amazon’s current return, replacement, shipping, and refund policies.

Contact Amazon Customer Service directly for assistance with an Amazon order.

The same rule applies to products purchased through another independent retailer or marketplace. Nurse Unchained cannot directly refund a payment collected by another seller.

21. Payment Disputes

Please contact us first if:

  • You do not recognize a charge;
  • You did not receive a product;
  • You received the wrong product;
  • You believe you were charged twice; or
  • You experience an unresolved technical problem.

Nothing in this policy limits lawful consumer-dispute rights.

However, filing a payment dispute does not automatically cancel an implementation agreement or eliminate amounts lawfully owed for products delivered, work completed, reserved capacity, or third-party expenses.

22. How to Request Assistance, a Return, or a Refund

Email info@nurseunchained.com and include:

  • Your full name;
  • Order number;
  • Email address used at checkout;
  • Product or service purchased;
  • Date of purchase;
  • Reason for the request;
  • Photographs, when reporting a physical-product issue; and
  • Screenshots, when reporting a digital-access issue.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Do not return a physical product until you receive return authorization and instructions.
