Why Nurse Unchained™ Was Created
Nurses carry enormous responsibility—coordinating care, monitoring changing conditions, communicating across disciplines, responding to urgent needs, educating families, documenting complex events, and often absorbing tasks that fall outside clearly defined roles.

Erline Valliere, RN, BSN
Erline Valliere is a Registered Nurse, author, nurse entrepreneur, and founder of Nurse Unchained™. With more than 15 years of experience across medical-surgical nursing, telemetry, oncology, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care, home health, and private client-focused nursing services, Erline understands the operational and emotional demands placed on nurses at every level.
